BizBridge Communication Clinics is a free workshop series. Each 90-minute session focuses on one specific situation in international business communication. Not a language class — a communication strategy session. Each workshop addresses one clear problem, teaches one practical framework, and gives you something you can use immediately.

誰適合參加?Who should join
這個系列適合在工作中需要使用英語與國際客戶或同事溝通的台灣職場人士。你不需要流利的英語,但需要已經能在工作中用英語進行基本溝通(B1以上程度)。重點不在語言流利度,而在溝通策略——讓你說的話真正被對方接收。
This series is for Taiwanese professionals who use English to communicate with international clients or colleagues at work. You do not need to be fluent, but you should be able to communicate at a basic level in English at work (B1 and above). The focus is not fluency; it is strategy. Making sure what you say actually lands.
製造業、出口貿易、半導體、鋼鐵、遊艇、工程、品管、業務開發——凡是在工作中有國際溝通需求的職場人士,都歡迎參加。

Chris 擁有超過25年的企業銷售與商務溝通培訓經驗,足跡橫跨亞洲、歐洲與北美。曾任外貿協會(TAITRA)企業培訓師16年,並具備台灣半導體廠商業務行銷主管3年以上的實戰背景。合作企業涵蓋鋼鐵、半導體及醫療科技等領域的產業領導企業。
Chris brings over 25 years of corporate sales and business communication training experience across Asia, Europe, and North America. He spent 16 years delivering corporate training with TAITRA and has over 3 years of hands-on experience as Sales and Marketing Manager at a Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturer.

No. The workshop focuses on live interaction and practice. A recording cannot replicate the effect of being present. We recommend joining on time.
我需要事先準備什麼嗎? | Do I need to prepare anything?
不需要。準備一台電腦、視訊鏡頭和耳機麥克風,準時出現即可。

這是語言課嗎? | Is this a language class?
